In this photo there is the Titanic which is famous for hitting an iceberg.  However, in the picture the ship avoids the Titanic; it's a republican cartoon because it says that, "Captain Obama should've never turned left," stating that he almost crashed the ship.  Then it says "Elect us and we'll turn this ship around," which means that if the republicans were elected they'd take America back to the good times and prosperous days.
