This cartoon shows a kid doing his homework, and his parents are watching tv. The parents ask the kid if he did his homework; then, the son asks did they do theirs. To me, this means that adults and parents stress education on us, but they are clueless about politics and are careless voters. Judging from the picture the parents are watching tv but they're probably watching a political commercial and believing everything in it.
